The COPAC agricultural cooperative relies on a strategy of integration between agricultural production, processing, packaging, marketing, and the use of the latest technologies. It works to enhance the products of its farmer members and strives to increase the added value of these products at every stage of production. This involves focusing on improving productivity and quality by providing training and guidance to producers, as well as supplying all the necessary production factors such as seeds, fertilizers, medicines, feed, tools, and agricultural machinery. This work is carried out for the four production chains that the cooperative works on: milk, meat, citrus fruits, and fresh produce.

Thanks to this strategy, the COPAC agricultural cooperative has managed to face various challenges posed by climatic conditions and international changes. With unwavering determination, we have continued our efforts to support our producing members and improve the quality of our products to serve our customers both nationally and internationally.

On this occasion, I would like to express my gratitude to all the members of the cooperative, its executives, and its employees for their continuous efforts and commitment to the values of the cooperative. Despite the challenges, they have shown their dedication to serving this institution and achieving its goals.

We also commend the efforts of the Ministry of Agriculture and all its officials who provide us with support and guidance through the interprofessional federations of each chain, as well as the Ministry of Industry and Commerce for its support of industrial projects under the Investment Charter (Law 3/22).

La Coopérative Agricole COPAG a importé 2500 têtes de race pure des États-Unis d’Amérique. Cette importation a concerné la race de «Holstein », reconnue pour sa production laitière frôlant 1000 litres par an.

En effet, cette race a été sélectionnée pour son potentiel génétique élevé. Près de 30 éleveurs adhérents à la COPAG ont bénéficié de cette importation. Ce troupeau de lignée pure vise à approvisionner les exploitations modèles de la COPAG. Il a été déjà soumis à un contrôle et un suivi de son potentiel productif durant plusieurs années.

Il va sans dire que cette opération d’importation constitue le premier noyau d’un nouveau troupeau de vaches laitières. L’objectif est d’accroitre le nombre de cette race connue à la fois par sa production laitière élevée et son adaptation au climat de la région du Souss.

Cette action s’inscrit aussi dans le cadre d’une panoplie de prestations et de services fournis par la Coopérative en faveur de ses adhérents afin de développer la production laitière du troupeau.

Pour rappel, la COPAG avait déjà importé en 2008 des vaches pures avec les mêmes caractéristiques. Au total, cette opération avait permis d’importer 2050 têtes de vaches pures et hautement productives

La coopérative agricole El M’hazem a organisé, une cérémonie au profit des élèves brillants parmi les enfants des agriculteurs-adhérents à ce groupement.

Cette cérémonie s’est déroulée dans une ambiance joyeuse marquée par la remise des prix et cadeaux aux élèves brillants.

Cet hommage constitue aussi une motivation pour les autres enfants afin qu’ils montent au podium des élèves les plus brillants.

Il va sans dire que cette cérémonie est l’une des activités permanentes initiées annuellement par la coopérative agricole El M’hazem pour motiver les enfants des agriculteurs-adhérents.

Dans le cadre de la lutte contre la pandémie de la Covid-19, la COPAG a organisé une opération de vaccination au profit de ses employés et cadres.

L’objectif est de renforcer l’immunité collective du capital humain de la COPAG. Pour ce faire, l’équipe médicale présidée par le médecin chef de la coopérative a supervisé cette opération de vaccination. Il va sans dire que cette action louable est la première du genre au niveau national et régional.

À travers cette opération de vaccination, la COPAG contribue à la généralisation de la vaccination tout en évitant aux bénéficiaires de se déplacer vers les centres de vaccination, ce qui permis, un gain de temps, mais aussi, le maintien d’une activité normale au sein des différentes unités de production relevant de la COPAG.
